With reference to the subject cited above, I am directed to inform that the subject cited matter was considered by Executive Committee of the Council which decided to reiterate Council’s circular dt. 5.1.2011 requesting the State Govt./UTs to grant study leave to in-service degree pharmacists to undergo Pharm.D(PB) course in order to upgrade their qualification & skills.
In view of above, it is requested that in-service degree pharmacists be given an opportunity to upgrade their qualification and skills and granted study leave to undergo Pharm.D(Post Baccalaureate) course. This will help the pharmacists to acquire new skills and utilize it for the betterment of public health.
